Planting Trees Is Not Somebody's Work, It's Everybody's Work
Sadhguru's Columns -
I have been asked repeatedly by many people, "Why is a spiritual leader, a yogi and a mystic planting trees? Why are you planting trees?" Trees are our closest relatives. What they exhale we inhale, what we exhale, they inhale. Trees keep our lives going, just like the outer part of our lungs. You cannot ignore your body if you want to live, and in no way is the planet different from this. What you call "my body" is just a piece of this planet. And the very essence of the spiritual process is about just this.Huffingtonpost.com

Nature of Life Forces
Sadhguru's Columns -
The spiritual process generally for most people comes in their pursuit of their well-being. Spiritual process means a conscious self-destruction. A very few people are seeking it consciously. But the rest of the people get entrapped in it in their search for well-being. They are only seeking well-being but slowly they realise as long as their individual nature exists, there is no such thing as well-being. So, then willingly and unwillingly, they begin to destroy themselves. Self-destruction is painful unless there's a complete dispassion about who you are. It's painful, but with every bit of yourself being destroyed, you feel more and more beautiful.Deccan Herald

Judge Situations, Not People
Sadhguru's Columns -
People assume that by knowing other people or reading their minds it would come in handy. This is not true. Only if one knows oneself, then will it be useful and even effective to them. The Navhind Times

Healing through Sadhana
Sadhguru's Columns -
Physical existence is always happening between cause and effect. Suppose there is an infection, the cause was bacteria. You ate or drank something somewhere and got infected; so the cause was bacteria.KavitaChhibber.com
